Do people change much after 25? I feel like the change is nowhere near as dramatic as the change from 18-25?

I don’t feel that different from 25 in my early 30s

For me there was no change between 18-25 but at 25 there was a huge change like I could feel my frontal lobe developing and that changed me into a adult

As time n experience grow they do in some small areas but much more is baked in at that point

After 25 it is all downhill after that.
