I recently saw an instagram reel where a family was at hooters and someone who I believe was the child's dad was recording the kid walking up and touching a waitress's ass and then laughed after he did it. That's the only context but to me it seemed like someone told the kid to do it which is weird to me but people were in the comments defending it so what do you think?
