What this essentially means is that Trump can arrest and deport people without legal justification and without legal recourse on the grounds that they are "too dangerous" to process normally. This entirely suspends the rights afforded to Americans in the constitution for the simple reason that you will not be allowed to invoke them before you are deported and sent to a concentration camp where they use you for slave labor.

Yes, this means that Trump can just deport anyone now. Yes, nobody gives a shit if you are actually guilty of anything or if you are even an American citizen because they do not have to give you the right to speak. Yes this power has already been abused to deport hundreds of people without legal rights.

Question is, did you notice this happening? These outrageous tyrannical decisions happens basically daily at this point so I am not even sure that people realized we had gotten to this stage yet.

I guess the closest I have is my seamstress whose nephew was arrested and detained for not having his green card with him at the time he was pulled over. Like her, he had a Ukranian accent. The biggest problem here is that the government does not need to give you a chance to defend yourself, which includes your ability to prove that you are an American citizen. Very easy to find out who is a citizen. Every detail of your life is traceable since birth. For instance the government knows your exact where abouts in the last hour.

One part of the government knows that, not EVERY part. For example the whole part of "Sanctuary cities" is that they do not share these kinds of information with ICE. But I dont think you understand what I am saying. First of all, ICE does not care. They do random arrests which means they do not know who they are arresting. Secondly, they do no need to care since no one can prove them wrong if they just deport you regardless. They are completely unaccountable and you have no recourse if they decide to target you.
