Should Ukraine conscript and deploy women into combat?

They are short on manpower, other nations cannot go in... that leaves women. Are the women trained sufficiently to use drones, missiles, guns, and tanks to fight?

There have been some female snipers and such, but they are volunteer. This would be conscription like the men were subjected to.

16% of the US military is women and if war ever broke out that required US women to be conscripted then the law would be changed in 24 hours to allow it. In Britain and the soviet union women were conscripted. In Britain women were air defence controllers, AA gunners, firefighters, lorry drivers, train drivers and factory workers. Not to mention spies an sabotuers. One story comes to mind of a female WW2 vetrean who joined the SOE after her baby died in blitz and her husband had died fighting in france. She was parachuted into france as an agent, on an operation her cell was discovered by the SS. She covered her cells escape with a STEN machine gun killing 3 SS before being shot. She survived and was tortured by the Gestapo and put into belsen concentration camp where she barely survived almost starving to death. She returned to her civilian life and became a teacher never marrying. Under the official secrets act she was never allowed to talk about what she did in WW2 up until 2000 like all SOE agents. She died recently, a respected member of her community in England with no one knowing what she had done.

I would like to remind this individual who asked this question, I predicted that North Korea would provide troops to Russia to fight Ukraine and they played it off & that Donald was making the correct move by being consistently stubborn and brown nosing Putin.
That was on top of the evidence of war crimes like mass graves of innocent unarmed civilians , exploding children’s hospitals , stealing artifacts from the Ukrainian people’s beloved museums , and kidnapping Ukrainian children survivors to send them to reeducation camps to remove any heritage they once had….

Surprised they'd really post, I don't trust that number. But yes, some are. Question is... where do they get the troops to continue?
Good vision. I'll simply say there are different views on how this conflict was antogonized and triggered.
One person is trying to end it quickly and save lives via diplomacy. The others, and there are many, are throwing Ukranians into the pit of eternity.
You could volunteer to go in and replace one of those women. Planning to go to Kiev this year?
