So let me get this straight, January 6th 2021 was a day of love and not an act of terrorism or rebellion even with all the rioters filming & recording themselves with their own unique perspectives chanting about what they are going to do to overturn the finished election. That isn’t. Even with chants to “Hang Mike Pence!” & “We’re coming for you Nancy!” & Republican Mitt Romney changing his Impeachment vote when he saw how close the mob was to getting him also the same Republican Congressman Clyde that called it “a normal tourist visit” was screaming and was scared for his life helping police barricade the doors from rioters. Republican Lindsay Graham said, “You have guns, use them!” & Republican Mitch McConnell “Trump is morally and legally responsible for the events of the day”.

Though an individual attacking ONE car dealership is an act of terrorism? Give me a break. If you believe January 6th wasn’t an act of domestic terrorism then you can’t call this one.

The problem with your argument is that it cherry-picks the most dramatic moments while ignoring the broader context. Not everyone there was violent, and many were allowed in by security. Meanwhile, left-wing riots caused billions in damage, took lives, and were downplayed. If the standard is ‘violence at a political event = terrorism,’ then that standard must be applied consistently—not selectively to fit a narrative.

Sure, getting your car keyed or spray painted for a political reason is upsetting, but YOU are not killed or maimed because of it. Terrorism kills, maims, displaces, injures people.
