Should dogs and their owners be given priority seating on public transportation?

Pregnant women and women with babies generally are entitled to priority seating for obvious reasons, but people with fur babies don't get the same treatment. Should that change?

Pregnancy isn’t even disability, and your pregnancy is not anyone responsibility. It also means people with pets have no right to use priority facilities. Pets have no right to use public transportation, unless guide dog or service animal.
