This is a predatory company. I have never seen another company so hell bent on screwing everyone. They screw the customer, they screw their drivers, they screw the restaurants too. How is this company still in operation?

Strongly agree. I live in a street of cafes. Some people in my apartment building are too goddamned lazy to walk a couple of hundred yards to go to a real cafe. So Door Dash is going to survive with a ready goddamned lazy customer base sadly.

Taco Bell was heading towards being a kitchenless restaurant. With Door Dash and others like them, it is more likely to become tabless kitchen only cafes. Great.

One of the Door Dash riders were was killed nearby recently. I'd guess from the pressure to pick up and deliver in fast time frames.

I have no idea. I don't participate in the Door Dash economy for health and socio economic reasons. I don't understand why people sign up to drive for these parasitic companies like Door Dash, Uber, Grubhub, Lyft, etc. You have to be pretty dumb and / or desperate to get sucked into that business model.

they double charged me on a few orders, that were never delivered and their customer service was the shittiest I've ever had to deal with, and it took forever to get my refund that they couldn't do nothing about when I was hungry ass fuck that day , fCkn assholes smh fck them.

Charge fees out the ass on their customers, pay drivers very little per delivery, horrible customer service when an issue arises. They’re a parasite of a company.

Shut down sounds anti American. I did have an agoraphobic episode last year and spent oodles on door dashing, now I’ve boycotted it just for my own sanity.

But it’s a business that has a market share. Don’t like business go live in Saudi Arabia where they can shut down people.
