No, it's Capitalism that's all. Rent-A-Womb. Uber a body. You can debate the morality of it but if a woman needs money and someone wants a child but can't have one, who is hurt if they strike a deal? If the surrogate ultimately regrets the deal she made, that's a personal problem which can't be legislated. Make better decisions.
