"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice,.."

There has also been talk about Vance running as president the next term with Trump as the VP so that Vance can step down and hand back the presidency to Trump but that is also against the constitution because:
12th Amendment:
"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

So yeah. A 3rd term is highly fucking illegal and against the constitution.
