Why do some people have a more positive view on law enforcement?

I usually have positive encounters with law enforcement due to my exp[eriences working with the Medical Examiner's office, and the Division of Corrections. they have a job to do and by and large they do it well. But all my experiences have not been good. I was once accused of stealing some jewelry from a decedent that I had to sign into the Morgue and Catalogue her belongings. They turned up missing and I had to take a polygraph and was the first suspect. I passed the polygraph and the next in line was the funeral home attendant. He passed his polygraph. The goods were found in the trunk of a highway patrolman. Good and Bad in everyone.
Cops put their lives on the line every day. They are always there to help and re the first line of defense against chaos.

People have a positive view of things, and other people (law enforcement included) if they've had a positive or neutral experience with them, which is probably true of most of the population. People who have had a negative experience, or know someone who has, might have a negative view of them.
I guess either theyre innocent people not being criminal or they know when to shut their mouth

He is just another moronic frauditor, trying to get clout for provoking public officials.
@DryGermanGuy while I don’t condone these first amendment auditors who try to provoke reactions. I gotta admit there is some corruption with American law enforcement. Lack of accountability. Why the need for qualified immunity?
Very true, many parts of American law enforcement massively lack training. So of course they try to shield themselves from accountability by these qualified immunity construction.
They aren't POC.
