If theyre able to keep up yes and also I think they're good for taking complain of women when they're raped or sexually assaulted, some women especially very young may feel more comfortable talking to a woman though they should have the same requirement as men to be. able to enter the force if not if theyre weaker they're not gonna be able to help for serious matters that require force.
