women can have it awful, but so can men. I think men historically carried a heavy emotional burden because they don't get support, don't know how to get support but are asked to sacrafice and bury their pain. women are better at getting support, empathy and help. those are general differences.

This is objectively false. The last 2 or 3 millennia that we have documented was under patriarchal regimes, meaning that a majority of societal power both in government and in social settings rested with men. Power that is a responsibility, yes, but power to change things makes life much easier than having no power at all.
