1 yFederalist #10 & 51 is required reading for all Americans.
In Federalist No. 51, James Madison argued that the separation of powers and the system of checks and balances were designed to prevent any single branch of government from gaining too much power, with each branch having the ability to defend itself against encroachment by the others.
Each branch was designed to have the ability to limit the power of the other branches, creating a system of checks and balances.
Self-Defense:
Madison argued that each branch should have the means to defend itself against encroachment by the other branches, ensuring that no single branch could become too dominant.
Federalism:
The federal system, with power divided between the federal and state governments, further enhanced the protection of individual rights and prevented the concentration of power.
Federalist No. 51 Summary:
In Federalist No. 51, Madison argued that "ambition must be made to counteract ambition" to keep any one branch from wielding too much power.
Federalist No. 78:
Alexander Hamilton in Federalist No. 78, defended the judicial branch and the concept of judicial review, arguing that it was the "least dangerous" branch.
Federalist No. 48:
In Federalist No. 48, Madison argued that "the several classes of power, as they may in their nature be legislative, executive, or judiciary, the next and most difficult task is to provide some practical security for each, against the invasion of the others".

But you’re welcome to explain what you actually mean by the nonsense you post. I expect it to be some vague vapid response.05 Reply- 1 y
Dude when does he ever think?

CNN and other leftists propaganda pushers do the thinking for him. He doesn’t have a life either. Look at his posting history. He posts these types of nonsense daily
- 1 y
Most likely, he must be affiliated to this site somehow.
I mean I been here since 2010 and back then he would of gotten banned in no time after they suspected him of being a spammer

1 yFor it. Trump needs to be given unrestricted reign. Let him deport anyone he wants, Hell let him shoot people if he wants, let him impose massive tariffs on penguins if he pleases.
Why? Because America and the world needs to see the consequences of letting such people take power.226 Reply- 1 y
Wait until the concentration camps are built. The only reason you're being shown these images is to test the American stomach for mistreatment.
- 1 y
Dont worry, we will be more safer in concentration camps than you and your people are at the moment, dealing with Hamas and older terrorist attacks.
Till then why don’t you focus on your country and stay the hell out of ours - 1 y

Odd, you are the biggest idiot I have encountered, either online or in real life.
The EU cannot unite on anything, much less against its protector. And so what if it does- they will then have to protect themselves. Good luck with that.

Absolutely not. The government was set up such that we do not have kings. This requires that no one person has control over things such as writing law, and imposing taxes, you know, the whole "no taxation without representation" thing (tariffs ARE a tax). The presidents powers were intentionally limited at the outset.

1 yno. but i want all of those jackasses to get out. first rule of congress. become a lawyer to know how to evade the law. lawyers don't care about anyone but themselves. unless they are taking clients.

second rule of congress. lie to stay in congress
America has FEWER workers. (Fewer is about quality;less, about qunatity.)

@beefcakebradybatson i find it ridiculous when democratic presidents boast about all of the new jobs they create. they are government jobs that aren't necessary. slash and burn that shit. it doesn't help.
- 1 y
in this economy? prove it
- 1 y
Funny that the last jobs report had average work hours per week at 32 hrs. That ain’t full time.
https://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm - 1 y
where are they getting this data? this is very grey area because they didn't ask anyone i know and i know a lot of people
- 1 y
if you read that doc "word for word" then you'd have realized their stats are improvable. there is no basis. and when there is it isn't substantiated by any means. maybe the data is somewhere else not in this document?
- 1 y
it says it's based on a survey. that's not a comprehensive quantitative analysis
- 1 y
i'm not arguing the hours. i'm arguing the legitimacy of the document
- 1 y
Sure. I mean a survey doesn’t have to be standing outside asking random questions. Or a poll.
It’s surveilling the jobs market- I think. Again, I’m no expert. But go after it. If you find me wrong I’ll admit it. But politicians just love touting these jobs reports. And maybe you’re right, it’s just shaky polling.
But still our wealth gap seems to support the findings. That half the country are working three fast food or retail jobs, and we’re not spending much to bring high paying jobs into America. - 1 y
how about this. we cut high paying jobs in half or by 75%. then we make more middle class jobs? a fewer low class jobs to make up for an increase of jobs for the middle class.
- 1 y
yes but they add a bunch of crap to it when it tears down the idea of capitalism.
Which can't happen soon enough.
- 1 y
@beefcakebradybatson and i don't disagree. but then you've got this many-headed godzilla like creature trying to fill that void of rule. until then it's chaos. but not really. i think a lot of states truly rely on rule and order. they would contain themselves against any attack. that went a little further than intended, but i think when a collapse of power could happen, we need to be aware of what that means.
Hopefully when the toilers get a belly full of being exploited by the overlords.
- 1 y
independent thought, which i would think is a freethinkers realm. i don't think we tear down capitalism, but we reprogram the way it's done

So you think that the economic policies pursued by other administrations and Congress haven’t had any negative effects? Or the actions of foreign countries we compete with? You think it’s Nazi to point out people have gotten hosed?
You think deportation of people in the US illegally (primarily violent criminals st this point) is equivalent to concentration camps?
As for your claims about „sending citizens to El Salvador“, what he mentioned was sending the most violent convicted criminals who are US citizens there IF it’s legal.
Corruption? What corruption? But DOGE sure uncovered a lot of corruption dating from the Biden and previous administrations.
Flouting the judicial system? Be specific, Odd, not just some vague claim, mention specific cases. And if I were you, I wouldn’t want to talk about the corrupt, politicized leftist judges who are flouting the Constitution with their politicized rulings.
At the end of the day, Odd, you are displaying ignorance of actual history and whole lot of leftist bias and Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Your vague propaganda claims don’t stand up to the tiniest scrutiny and you don’t come close to telling the truth.
One last thing- you’re the very person who wants to take US citizenship from white Americans and enslaved Republicans. You’ve also stated whites racially inferior and you are strongly anti-Jewish. And you call Trump a Nazi?
Adolf would be proud !!!
