Emanuel Cleaver II. Nope, he is a Democrat and I am a Libertarian. We don't see eye to eye on politics. He has held the seat for about as long as I have been voting; some time before that he used to be the mayor of the biggest city in the county and has a street named after him. I even tried to run against him as a write-in candidate.
