I didn't think I had to spell out who's being excluded from this, because it's the vast majority of America that's being excluded from this so-called inclusion. Where's the "H" for heterosexual. How can it be inclusive when the vast majority of the people are excluded?

While in general I don't know that much about deeper political stuff; all this stuff relating to DEI and LGBTQIA has good intentions but tends to go a little too far sometimes. Extremists ruin everything.

Yes, LGBT+ people deserve equality. No, they can't have sex in public in front of children like some extremists are fighting for. If straight people can't do it then LGBT+ people can't do it either.

Also the LGBT+ people who get offended at literally everything, even the smallest most innocent of things without malicious intention. Like getting mad at a book written in like the 1900s for not having any LGBT+ characters. Or getting mad at the statistics of the vast majority of non-human animals all being straight with rare exceptions.

Inclusive of the people it applies to. DEI doesn't focus on people who haven't been historically discriminated against but it doesn't mean anyone outside of it is excluded. It's just not explicit because it is assumed that they are.

I cannot speak for America, but in Australia we voted 62-38 to legislate same-sex marriage. The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras attracts hundreds of thousands of people every year with a shout out to the Dykes on Bikes that have led procession from a time when it was dangerous for them to do so. I'm not saying the work is complete, but the change since I was a child is remarkable.
