Was giving private tutoring lessons to people in his apartment? One foreign girl left her cell phone trinket in my apartment and my girlfriend got REALLY pissed about it. I told her about the lessons in advance but she is saying she wants to be there and that just isn't possible because it would make the student feel awkward.

I don't see it as cheating to just watch foreign films with a girl (she happens to be very attractive and young) and sit on the same bed, because nothing sexual is taking place and analyze the language with her.

I think that's sweet how you're doing that. I agree that it would be ackward if she was there, but you need to assure her that nothing is going on. Like just make her feel super special. Even though you probably love tutoring, kind of make it seem that you aren't all that interested in it because you'd rather be with her just to make her feel better and make her think "oh he's just being nice and doing it." Maybe try to tell her how you wish the girl was here. And do not tell her how pretty you think the student is. That is a big no no lol

in a way I would be suspicuious of what was going on, being that she is a foreign girl, but because I trust my boyfriend enough I would be OK with it. I might have suggested that he do the lessons in a public place so that there aren't any other people suspicious of what's going on in the appartment. I couldn't say I was mad at him unless I found proof that they were indeed messing around. but like I said it's about trusting you partner!

If my boyfriend was sitting on a bed watching movies with another girl while I wasn't around... Ya I'd be mad. It's all in the way you think about it. Obviously if you're not doing anything it seems fine to you. But to her it looks bad. You have to respect that she's uncomfortable with her boyfriend giving "private tutoring lessons" with a young attractive girl in his bed... get it?

Then ask her why she is jealous and what else you could do to make her trust you. But personally I think you are not doing anything wrong. But don't focus on the "wrong". Try to find out how you can be a trusting couple.

I totally agree with Sublime21, and like one of the guys below said, studying shouldn't be done on a bed, she might be a lot more comfortable with it if you were at a table or something. Would you be comfortable with your girlfriend watching movies on a bed with another attractive guy? I don't think so. You may be totally innocent but you gotta figure out different arrangements if it is making your girlfriend uncomfortable.
