Why do so many homeless people have imaginary conversations with themselves, met 5 in 2 days?

Is there an illegal drug that causes this behaviour in jobless homeless people? Their personalities are almost identical and there are so many of them.

Many people who are homeless, suffer from significant mental health problems. Whether homelessness was the trigger for the deterioration in mental health problems or the illness was pre-existing, resulting in the people being unable to hold their lives together. The Stress Vulnerablitiy Model would go some way to explain the prevalence of illnesses such as Schizophrenia among people in the homeless community.

Have you considered the possibility that they've ended up homeless in the first place because of a mental illness? And had they been given support early on they wouldn't be in their situation

Sometimes I will go get peanut butter jelly sandwich, red water Coke Pepsi. Set it up and I will go feed the homeless people and they like. To talk because they are so lonely in so many ways. . And to be honest most people don't know or understand this but very smart Intelligent people talk to themselves. It's actually diagnosed as a form of genius with some people. Andvif youvthink about it most are Alcoholics. And most started drinking because there were things in there life they couldn't figure out and thay ran from it. And then before they new it. There head was still in the game kind of. But now it was the body They could not control. And there body was addicted. And that's why they can't stop Because none of your body just craves it And if they don't have it they're going to be sick But there are so many intelligent honest people

Lack of feeling safe that a home provides induces or directly causes schizophrenia. Being homeless causes you to become mentally sick as much as the flu virus germ makes you sick.

So preventing people from becoming homeless in the first place should be a high priority.

So health care bills is a large amount of unexpected cost that drive people to homelessness. Big problem is majority of health care insurance comes from employment benefits. So when you are homeless and getting mentally ill you need to somehow get a job for 6 months plus open enrollment to start getting the help you need. Which is also a preexisting condition so a high likelihood of being denied anyway.

So from being homeless to somehow getting a job. Working enough to get the help you needed then being denied. What bootstrap is strong enough to deal with that amount of bullshit?

This is why healthcare as a human right is a thing for the majority of the globe. Even the poorest nations make an effort to provide healthcare because of how dire it is without it.

Many people living on the streets once had families, normal lives like ours, and even attended college. Losing all of that definitely affects their minds and the way they see the world.
