well letting people in isn't the problem. letting the wrong people in is. poland is the only european country who does it right. only letting refugees in that culturally fit into their society.

most european (even most western first world) countries have issues with low birth rates so immigration is "a" solution to that. but filling up the population with unqualified criminals doesn't help. there should probably be a bigger focus on fixing what made the birth rates low in the first place.

the only way you can let the "right" people migrate to your country is by having them wait in line to get their visa and stating their true intentions. I should know cause my family and I migrated to this country and that is what we did.

when you open the border and let everyone one in however then the wrong people are obviously gonna take advantage. whether they are refugees or not. lets not forget that nobody is entitled to let other people seek refugees in their country. thats like me sneaking into your house for "shelter" if my house catches fire.

but I think that's really stupid to let people from outside in just because the birth rate is low. we humans aren't animals, we reproduce with purpose.

well in a country where one generation pays the next generations retirement, that's a really huge problem that you can't fix by just slowly increasing birth rates over time. like the entire populations wellfare systems depend on the next generation to continue financing it.

and the most insanely stupid stuff in Europe is done by the country i live which is germany. they decided to be such good people and let all the ukrainian refugees live on that very wellfare system i just mentioned without ever paying into it, making the problem even worse faster.

ironically there is another user in this site who is from your country that is heavily programmed by the left and he thinks he knows about my country more than I and everyone else who lives here. I locked whorns with him numerous of times until one day he decided to block me because he couldnt stand people disagreeing with him and swore that he was right and everyone one in the world is wrong.
