** A woman a has miscarriage while sitting on the toilet
** Said woman flushes remains of the embryo - not a person - never alive, just a bunch of cells that never developed.
** State arrests woman for possible "murder or manslaughter charges" and "illegal disposal of a body". ---------- for a MISCARRIAGE.
** Said state then introduces legislation saying that " miscarriages result from the mother's neglect or improper behavior, and they must be held accountable for such actions", thereby criminalizing any pregnancy not resulting in a birth.

The OP fails to define what constitutes "autopilot", to give examples and proofs that anyone succumbs to the position he is taking, and offers no alternative to his viewpoint.
