What is so bad is that hiring according to what race a person is does not often yield the best candidate. How would you like to have open heat surgery by a doctor who was an affirmative action hire? Look at Joe Biden's cabinet. He liked so say that they were the most diverse cabinet in history. However they were totally incompetent and incapable of doing the job that they were hired to do. Mayor Pete was on Maternity leave most of the time. During press conferences they were incapable of answering even the most basic questions about their duties. They halped make America a mess.

because inclusion without merit is just racism and sexism disguised as virtue. it has nothing to do with trump at all. if we treat people differently for "inclusion" reason, that's discrimination. discrimination doesn't care for moral imperatives. as soon as you treat people differently based on sex, race, religion or disability, you're discriminating them. that's also true if you're trying to compensate them for whatever you percieve as unfair.

It's best when someone doing a specific task is qualified to do it. Doesn't matter what color they are, what religion they follow, or what language they speak.

Lets use the example of the Los Angeles African-American female head of diversity who said, if a person needs to be rescued from a building, they are just in a bad situation, the female firefighter may not be able to rescue them. It's more important that they be able to talk with you than rescue you.
