Murdering someone who murders others, directly or indirectly, always puts one in a quandary. Clearly, Brian Thompson was a scumbag himself, as are many CEO's in that business. I don't think he's either a hero or a scum bag, even though he clearly did a bad thing.

I think it is a split decision. There are some people who are being, or have been, screwed over by their health care who probably applaud it. While others just think it is your typical murder of some rich guy by some kook.

I mean who wouldn't get pissed at a health care system that won't cover some life-saving medicine or procedure that could have saved your child, husband, or wife? Yet the government covers it for illegal immigrants? Health care is a for profit business. They don't give a rat's ass other than they make money. Same goes for Big Pharma.
