@beefcakebradybatson it's a private business. if you're renting out an appartment, you can damn well choose who you're gonna rent it to. and you can rent it to whoever you think is best. and ESPECIALLY if you're hiring according to profession or finances, which is very common pracitce, then the likelyhood of black people getting the place is lower even if you're not at all actively discriminating against black people.. and you're saying he "refused black tennants" which was never proven or found in court. it was merely an accusation and the case was settled, which is also common practice, cause even if you know you're not wrong, fighting a case to the bitter end may be more expensive all things considered.
