People that are still thinking Elon and Trump are good people are handing over our freedom. They were worried about nothing burgers the entire damn Biden administration, continue to blame him even as he left the oval office for everything, all the while allowing a monster the keys to the castle.

Everything they were worried about with Biden is nothing into comparison to what Trump is doing and trying to do. Elon is insane that wants avg people to suffer so he can have even more of the pie.

This gentleman can't be hoodwinked. He knows what fascism looks like and he's trying to remind everyone of what is happening today.

Also, what an insult to people like him and for me my grandparents generation, to the folks that died in WW2 to have half our country be so easily willing to hand over our freedoms to an actual criminal.

OK I am a bit of a military geek so I have to be anal here... I am pretty sure thats not a Firefly. But the Firefly was a huge improvement on the usual Sherman. It was the only Allied tank that had the firepower to take on most German tanks at the time. Even Tiger crews feared Fireflys Respect to the Gentleman you know who did the modifications. But I do agree the message is a great one that needs boosting.

I thank any and all Veterans for their service for our country, they put everything on the line for the United States Constitution. The freedoms, laws, rules from the Republic and its pro Democratic values were paramount for these men to risk their lives. It is amazing he can still drive a tank at 98, shows how resilient this Veteran is.

Elon Musk and Trump played the idea months ago when running for public office, that those that stormed the beaches of Normandy (or something to that effect) would be ashamed of the country they fought to protect. I always called that bullshit since President Franklin Delano Roosevelt won multiple election cycles as a Democratic President along with very ‘radical’ ideas also were generally Liberal.

I believe the strength and resilience of this one particular 98 yr old Veteran and the idea Elon Musk & Trump would put words in his mouth probably got his ass ready to deliver a crystal clear message that no one can ignore. He ran over a Tesla Car with an official army tank. This is a political response that was carefully crafted to respond to the lies, disaster of the past 100+ days in office, and take a stand for the country he risked everything for.

It's a powerful symbolic gesture, especially coming from a WWII vet. While destroying a car might seem extreme, the message he’s trying to send about standing up to authoritarianism is pretty clear. Whether you agree or not, it definitely gets people talking.

Should have sold the car back to tesla. If tesla loses money and aquires more product it, makes a bigger impact, than destroying something you own. Rolling over a maga flag would sent a bigger message
