Why are people in California extremely ignorant?

(forgive my grammar) I never noticed how prejudice people are until I went around my own race. The worse prejudice I experience is from Hispanic people and then with Caucasian people it's more subtle and quiet but still evil. It seems racism is still alive. No matter how hard I try to dress nice and even attempt to look Caucasian I heard ignorant comments like maybe she's homeless just because I don't have a car. That is fear of mine I try to look real nice and wear top perfumes. I'm not even wearing my natural hair I'm too scared to go back the way I get treated if I look too ethnic. It's like I don't belong out here at all people are so shallow. If you dont have the latest phone or a car people look down on you. I noticed men of other races tend to be very hostile either treating me like a walking object doll or a piece of trash to be discarded or thrown around. I actually don't feel comfortable being around other races because of how aggressive they are towards a woman of color. Women love to make fun of me and call me homeless and men either stalk me, harrass me, or make fun of me some even getting aggressive towards me to the point of me being in danger. This state feels like I'm running on a treadmill and can't keep up. It's nearly impossible to make friends and getting a relationship is almost fully impossible. The only women who get respect out here are either Asian, Caucasian, or latina. I'm either fantasized or treated like a pile of trash. I rarely can go anywhere without feeling safe and then I deal with people mostly guys making fun of me walking and either I'm being stalked and followed especially back to my "home" or someone is making fun of me and blurting out something inappropriate then younger guys make fun of me like one guy yelling "how's is feel to be right there."
