It's not sexist but it's wrong.

There are factors unrelated to testosterone than make men physically stronger than women. Men tend to be taller and broader with more upper body muscle than women who carry more of their weight lower, around their hips and have a lower center of gravity. That's genetics and evolution, not testosterone.

Society directs boys and men toward contact sports and physical jobs whereas fewer women do a lot of physical training or apply for jobs as lumberjacks. That has nothing to do with testosterone.

Women are programmed by society to focus on their appearance in terms of "beauty" not strength and muscle. That's not a lack of testosterone. That's conforming to societal norms.

No. Also, it's not simply testosterone that makes men stronger.

Not even a trans man can compete with a man. But a trans woman can compete with a woman.

It depends on the kind of strength you’re referencing. If you mean physical strength, then yes men are stronger than women. However id you’re referring to mental, emotional, or spiritual strength, then it would be very sexist to say men are stronger because that’s simply just not true.
