If you've dealt with the government and systems, you know how frustrating it is. It's like a rat maze with no cheese. He's been dealing with US Govt and likely post traumatic trauma since 2014 when came to USA. He says he was a translator for the USA, now there's 4 kids and a woman with no father, in addition to the officer and family that died.
What a terrible, difficult job the police have. My condolences to the officer killed and other wounded and the families.
How would you handle irate frustrated people?

Society should study these to determine how to defuse these situations. Easiest solution... start offering food and a social worker to get through the processes? BLM may have some ideas by now.
