"You can take the test only once per calendar month"
If I took a test on October 29th, when shall I be able to retake it? November 29th or November 1st?
What does "once per calendar month" mean?
I believe it's months according to the calendar. Therefore November 1st should actually work.
BUT I've learned that some people redefine things. For example the term "next Saturday"
For me, that means the literal obvious, the Tuesday immediately following ('next to") today. Today is Thursday so Next Saturday is in two days.
BUT... some people have a weird notion to IGNORE that and regarrd the FOLLOWING Saturday as... "next" Saturday. I still haven't figured that one out.
When someone uses that stupid statement I request an exact date so there is no mistake.
You'd do well to confirm it with the powers that be. Because again I'm giving my take on what "calendar month" means in a literal sense and somebody else just may redefine it on you.
The stupidest (is that a word?) thing is still opening a combination lock or using a screw driver.
Some give directions like "left" or "right" - DUH! There is no left or right it's a circular motion!
Some people!
As I said it's best to ask for an exact date rather than guess work.
lol. You don't understand how to use the phrase "Next Saturday" properly? A week is 7 days that repeat from Sunday to Saturday. If you're within a one-week period on any day, every day in that week up to and including Saturday is termed "This" (referring to all of the days in this week). Therefore, if it's Thursday today then tomorrow wouldn't be "next" Friday because it's still part of THIS week. Get it?
So if I'm to wait for the next bus. Not the one that's coming. No it's not here yet so it's the NEXT BUS. Humans are weird and confusing. I'm ashamed to be related to them.
Ever notice how, with your logic, you always seem to be late because when someone tells you to stop by next week, you add another week to it? That's using YOUR twisted logic. AAAARRRHHHH! I never will understand humans!
Once per calendar month means once during the month of October. If that one day happened to be the last day in October, you could retake it the very next day rather than waiting 30 days.
Wanted to make sure, thanks! :)
November the 1st.
Once per calendar month is pretty self explanatory.
Month in this case isn't used to donate 28--31days, it's used to sat Jan, Feb etc - categorizing them as a whole.
So if you took the test on October 29th that's effectively 'this' month, so you can't do it again it October but by November the first it will be 'next' month - as in you turn the calendar over and it's a clean sleet, so you're free to take it then.
And not again until the 1st of December.
It can be used to state time spanning from 1 day to 31 days.
It means once within the month, rather than once ever 4 weeks or whatever.
So if you take the test on 29th Oct, you can technically re-take it on the 1st of November.
I think.
:)
I googled it and yeah you're right. It's different than "once per month".
I know right? lol
probably Nov. 1, but you should clarify before assuming.
I googled it already. You're right. I just want to make sure. Thanks!
I wasn't told by anyone. I plan on taking a test and so I read the re-taking policy in case I didn't do well the first time. It is written as "You can take the test only once per calendar month". There's noway to contact them.
Thank you.

To me it means you can turn around and take it again on November 1st if you like, but you'll do good enough the first time I suspect.
:)
Per calendar month refers to the month itself and not the amount of days that have elapsed.
So 1st November?
Thanks, Sir!
Once a month, no matter what day that it. So November 1st is fine.
I'd take it on the 29th of November :) Give it a proper month
No, it may work to her advantage to retake the test quickly, she'll be able to breeze through the questions she got right and try different answers on the ones she missed.
It means once a month.
Nope. It's different as I googled it, but I want to make sure. Once a month = same date the next month while once per calendar month= any day the next month.. I just want to make sure.
We've established this fact. Once a month. It's HOW a month is defined. Once every 28/29/30/31 days or once the calendar flips to the next one start the count over. I see how it can be confusing. And the person asking the question needed help. I know how humanoids can confuse the issue sometimes (see my above post regarding Next Thursday)
