I would let my dad claim power of attorney over my mom without her signature or written consent so we could have her shipped off to an old folks home the next time she abuses me and my dad. I would let him divorce her without dividing and losing 50% of his assets.

Actual crime goes a lot deeper than a law book. But, if you cold suspend the laws of the universe it's self, maybe steal a ton of money and be set for life. Not very creative but probably what most people would do. Politicians are doing it now.
