I am celebrating this bug win for us and the courts. They have said he is overusing his executive power, and going against the Constitution is many instances. In fact, more than half of his EO's have been blocked, slowed down, or ruled against. And what's better, Congress is not sure whether to pass his BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL because of the small writing that was included which some members of Congress did not read or know about, such as the one stating that Courts would have little or not power to hold people in contempt of not following court orders, and of states not being able to control over AI malicious activity. So hopefully when it gets to the Senate, it will not be passed.

The court that blocked the tariffs was made up of three judges. One nominated by Reagan, one nominated by Obama and the third nominated by Trump. The decision was UNANIMOUS! So even the two republican nominated judges ruled against the ridiculous tariffs.
