Well 4 Supremes are a YES for sure and 3 are NO's for sure. Just Leaves two on fence and from the questions they were asking it sounded like they were Yes votes. So Court will rule 6 to 3 Trump no longer can set Tariffs from Executive Branch. Constitution says that is Congresses JOB.

I do not think they will rule against the president. There were many presidents before him that used tariffs for various reasons. They have been very effective in getting better trade deals and bringing good jobs back to America and gives America leverage to advance it's interests around the world. There is nothing in the Constitution that forbids tariffs and Trump used tariffs in his first term with no issues.
And there is also the issue about how does the government give back the 250 billion dollars the treasury has already collected?

I followed the hearing and based on the questioning, I would lean to the Supreme Court upholding the 2 lower courts rulings and it sounds like the White House is preparing for that too.

If an American company leaves our borders to build a factory in China and take advantage of slave labor, those products shouldn't be sold in America. Then there would be no need for a tariff.

Well many argue Americans are slave labor now. And you will pay 4 times as much and have no money for retirement or a home or even a car.
