Because they're attacking it as any enemy would. The idea is to destroy it. Every filthy communist burning an American flag or tearing down historical statues or engaging in judicial activism is an enemy combatant. You can see this most obviously in district attorneys who refuse to prosecute communist "protestors" no matter what they do.

I don't know where you're getting your info. I personally know half a dozen in the last 5 years who've moved to Mexico, another who spends 6 mos annually in the Philippines and another who spends 6 mos annually in South America. Among them are a retired lawyer who's a Vietnam veteran marine, a couple who owns an apartment complex in Baja Norte, another retiree who lives in Mexico with his 30 years younger Colombian wife-and whose brother is alsoovimg there this year, and a former college football player who has a Masters in American Literature. There are over 100,000 Americans who have become permanent Mexican citizens since 2010. Or you can look up Scott Teil... a business owner in the Dominican Republic who helps Americans to move there. I've spoken extensively with him. Or get on FB and join Moving to Mexico groups. There are dozens of them. Each of them have half a dozen well off Americans every day on there either asking for, or giving advice, on how to move there... many of whom already have. The ones NOT leaving, are the baby mommas and baby daddy ex con, meth smoking, Walmart thieves in middle America dump towns... they've got it made here, and they're the future of the USA. The ones with the means to? Aren't on groups like this every day... they're too busy having already spent significant time in Merida and helping others to move there.🤗

Well first you have to agree on what is America? In my case I think people fail to appreciate the vast spectrum of being an American. They tend to relate their experiences and expectations based on their history and culture. Demand that other follow their ideas as right. Then hate on the people who refuse. And it's much easier to hate a category. Libs, maga, conservative liberal, men women, races etc. What they are really expressing is a feeling of hatred of how these things make them feel. And making the mistake that these categories are America. Everyone has the right to object complain force change, and encourage what they feel is correct in a democratic Republic right or wrong. Doesn't mean necessarily that they should give up and leave.

That's not how life works that's why. Most people can't afford to move to another country, nor know how to. Plus other countries are also bad.

It's irrational to think just cause one lives in a country they must not dislike/hate their own country lol. Not as if they picked where they were born or the rules of it.

People may be angry about the state of American politics currently, but that doesn't mean they "hate" it, or want to leave.

Plus it takes a whole lot of bad to leave the place you were born and raised and have all your family and your work. That's a completely different situation that being disappointed, annoyed and worried.

I don't know a soul who plans an exodus, old or young. I know there are those that exist. Just I haven't heard much about them.
