There are plenty of videos of these people. There is an advanced facial recognition program that could identify a lot of them and the FBI could go and arrest them. If a bunch of them get long prison sentences others will think twice before rioting.

@goaded some were not even charged with a crime. They rotted in prison for 4 years and were never charged. The FBI spent over 3 years and thousands of dollars tracking down a trespasser. He was not even in the building. They finally found him in rural Maine, He was fortunate that he did less than a year in prison before Trump pardoned them all.
