Red states as a safe place. Let's see. Highest infant mortality. Lowest lifespan. Multiple drug epidemics concurrently. Shit healthcare and education systems. High heart disease and obesity/diabetes. High poverty. High gun ownership. High violent crime. High racism and anti immigrant sentiment. High religious extremism. Home of the Klan and White Nazis.

I don't think our Red States are safe for anyone but, especially not for immigrants. Certainly not a safe place businesses to operate.

I say no. Red states will arrest them and hold them for ICE to pick up. They also have much less welfare and freebees for them. In states like Florida they do not recognize drivers licensees from other states if they are illegal.

If you go on vacation and have a valid passport and observe the country's laws there should be no problem. If you sneak into the country and violate any number if immigration laws you should be arrested and deported. Just like it is in America. It is really pretty simple.
