I have a friend who's a policeman. He tells me most of what he does has nothing to do with crime, so I voted 80%+

This is not a fair assessment.
In my area the standard line is "It's a civil issue." Anything to get out of writingnig up and less crime means the city looks good. Crooked. I refuse to play anymore.

I thin s time goes by it has gotten more common. I say 50%. There are a lot more nuts running around and the fentanyl use has gotten worse.
