The U. S. definitely does not HAVE to go to war. There is no reason to.
Israel started it. Let it suffer the consequences of its folly.

WILL the U. S. get involved? That's another question. The U. S. is Israel's bitch. Zionists have bought and paid for our political representatives and/or hold serious blackmail material over them. And that goes for Trump.

Yes, because we have three branches of government in the United States. One is the media, the mainstream media. They are 100% in Israel's pocket. Then you have Congress and the White House. But then Trump says things but doesn't back it up. Like during his campaign rallies he said that the hostages will be returned or all hell will break loose. (paraphrased) But the other day I heard that there are still some alive hostages that haven't been freed.🤷🏼‍♀️

Iran is refining weapons grade Uranium and it is necessary that they be stopped.

Israel seems to be doing a quite adequate job all on their own at the moment. The problem mostly seems to be destroying the Fowdor centrifuges as the tunnels are deep under a mountain and only the US has a bunker busting bomb that might be able do the job.

I would expect Israel has a plan to degrade Iran forces to the degree they can land forces there, plant charges to blow the shit out of the place.

As an ally I think the US should let Israel go for it and at most join in on a few bombing runs with never a US boot on the sand.

What possible reason could the US have for going to war with Iran? How could that ever benefit the US? All that would do is make the US an even greater target of terrorist attacks, and embolden Netanyahu to continue his invasions of Palestine, Lebanon, Syria etc, leading to even more death and destruction - and perhaps even prompting Russia or Pakistan to become involved. Netanyahu is the one who needs to be stopped.

and isn't that supposed to be decided by congress? we've driven ourselves off the deep end in this "constitution nation". The purpose of that division of power is to avoid war and conflict.

I think Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is 86 and plenty stupid enough to order strikes against the US bases near Iran. I also think Trump is too smart to fire the first shot in a fight that could drag Russia and China into the fight.

And with Cyril backing Iran I'd rather not see a shooting war between the US and Iran start up. I'm still British living in South Africa, or Cyrilstan as I'm sure it'll be renamed soon 🤦
