The Supreme Court ruled that my state, Tennessee, can lawfully ban trangender procedures on minors. This is a huge win for my state and other states nationwide to prohibit these awful things being done to children. Go Tennessee!

That's a big win. Children's brains are not fully developed so they shouldn't be making life altering decisions they may regret later. A few years back there was a woman speaking out against this, talked about being a tomboy as a kid and growing up to be a girly girl and how if she was a tomboy today she'd be forced to become a boy.

What procedures are being done? Very, VERY, few surgeries are done on transgender minors. There are more breast augmentations being done on cis girls than mastectomies being done on transgender boys and lower surgeries just dont happen to minors.

All this ended up being was political theater for their constituents to suck up and give them a dopamine high to see young people killing themselves.

Procedures can range from hormone therapies to surgical procedures. I am proud of my state for instituting this ban!

Your state are mostly morons tbh. Hormone therapies are meant to help those who dont feel congruent to their birth sex. All you are doing is condoning the 41% rate of suicides by both adults AND minors who can't get support or treatment. That's sick.

We should not be administering life-altering and potentially destructive "treatments" to minors during their development. Period. These can negatively impact development.

Not allowing them to transition after receiving parent permission and therapist sign off is setting them up for a harder and WAY more expensive transition as an adult and possibly being complicit in their death.

They do get mental health treatments, and most legitimate health documentation says that the treatment for being transgender is continued mental health treatments as well as physical treatments like hormone therapy.

Let me put it this way, denying then would be like denying a cancer patient radiation treatments because you should be cancer free and any other way is wrong.

It would be like denying you mental health treatments because you should not have been born neourodivergent.

You are taking a major gamble with hormone treatments and procedures during one's physical development. These damages can be irreversible, leading to further hardships for the rest of a person's life. This is all because of poor decisions and mental illness during one's youth. These are children. Morally and ethically, this is wrong. And I also stand by my Christian faith to stand against this evilness.

And these changes you talk about can be permanent, but that's the point! Less than 5% of transitioned ever detransition and of that 5% most do it because of lack of social support or they are unable to transition medically. Very few actually detransition because its wrong for them.

Transgenderism is an abomination against the Lord. You can love someone without agreeing to horrible, destructive acts of course.

When they are 18 and a lawful adult, they can then make those life-altering choices. Although it is highly discouraged.

I always say that if doctors, lawyers, judges, teachers and psychologists can be held liable by someone that has post op transgender regret then it will stop being an issue.
