I don't recall either of those statements, both are possible.
Margaret thatcher started a war, so did Regan.
The personalities and ideas were very different, you can decide at election time.
when you vote you get all of the person whether you like all or not. Trump may get away with it, or sow the seeds of the next death and destruction.
I'm on the side that it's a bad idea doing so, without congress. It's easy to be an arm chair quarterback though, different when in the decision seat.

WWIII has been brewing a while hasn't it... there are strong divisions. Not yet, maybe they will all calm down and talk.
But there's been no shift in Russia Ukraine, no improvement in Israel/Iran although now... there is justification to calm it down, the nuclear issue is done. Just a matter of stop shooting for Israel and Iran to accept. They may have too much pride and fight.

Not yet, the news loves to dwell on the worst, try turning it off and praying for the better outcomes while being thankful you aren't stationed out there. If you want to protest, go ahead.
I've been through multiple presidencies and wars... there's always tensions like this. Clinton sent missiles to kill Bin Laden... before 9/11. Missile missed. etc etc.. Biden was bombing Hamas. Bush I war, Bush II wars. etc etc..
In this case, USA just preemptive strike Iran to take out Uranium sites so they don't get an A-bomb. you decide if it was a good decision... but it's done.
Hope they can calm things down, but this is a problem with trumps personality... he only does his way and Iran is hard nosed as well. They might die for their cause rather than accept any agreement. Pride... is dangerous!

Almost no one said Harris would start a war because of her period. What people did say was Harris would start a war because she's a puppet of the deep state and the military industrial complex. It wasn't just maga saying this, independents like myself said the same thing. Electing Harris would have made no difference, both US political parties are in the back pocket of Israel and do their bidding. Harris's unconditional support for Israel is part of the reason she lost.
