Most people don't hate themselves. Some people do but not most people. The people that do just have low self-esteem probably from not having a good upbringing where the parents taught them how to love themselves.

Low self esteem, self stigmatisation, guilt, shame, etc… take your pick. Self hate has many layers to it.
