Religion has played such a powerful role in our history, way more than racism. Maybe you can't really eliminate religion. Obviously liberals have their sacred beliefs about how to live and what to believe. And it's hard to deny that for many liberals, Trump is evil Satan (incapable of ever doing anything good). I am old enough to remember how many liberals deified Obama in 2008 too.

I feel the shooting of Charlie Kirk has provided more evidence that liberalism is a form religion. Like some religious extremists, these people resort to violence to destroy the people they believe are demons.

And no, this is not about "religion" or whatever. This is about America being a country with more guns than sense with a population that is historically unhappy, oppressed and pushed to their limit.

I predicted that the rich and right wing leaders would start to get assassinated ever since Trump was first elected as president because it was obvious where this was going. And for the record, its going to keep happening. Not to say the situation could not easily have been avoided but the right wing rhetoric and policies has ensured that this would happen.

Kirk himself has for example said that it is completely worth it for people to be shot and killed by guns in exchange for keeping the 2nd amendment as well as Kirk having made fun of many previous assassinations of his political opponents. I have long compared religion to magic. For those who believe, no evidence is required. For those who don’t believe, no evidence is adequate. Those points absolutely apply to the cult of the modern democrat party.
