Are you impressed that Alaska can be bribed?

Senator Murkowski was supposedly a no vote on the bill that's going to blow up the deficit while also throwing millions of health care, closing rural hospitals and handing billionaires massive tax cuts. Then she got pork for Alaska and forgot all that. She could have voted for the status quo and then started a new round of negotiations, but she decided to screw over the other 49 states.

While I'm here: Collins and Murkowski obviously vote against Republican policies that were never or were always going to pass, and take turns being the "moderate" when the vote is close, and vote for when they're needed. It's a performance.

Murkowski threatened to hold up the bill. I guess she thought that she was doing what was best for her. I think that when she is up for election she will be primaried.
