Oh heavens, come on. Diddy is a billionaire powerbroker in the entertainment industry. He has resources most average rich people don't have because he is UBER wealthy. And don't you think he also has connections we can't even imagine?

He STILL faces other charges. So he's not Scot-free yet.

When you have a highly paid, highly skilled legal team who's being paid ga-zillions, your chances are very good of getting out of your predicament, no matter what it is, and color notwithstanding.
