Ellis is retiring. I say good for him. But i think it's the president's threats and anger that keeps the majority of his party cowtowing no matter if what is in that bill is good for the country or not.

So you're upset she charged for her decisive vote, we're upset that she could be bought. The bill is going to add trillions to the debt and throw tens of millions off their health care that they need because employers intentionally skirt the limits of what makes an employee full time. It's nothing to do with how much the people are willing to work.

A lot of things got screwed up during the last 4 years and money has to be spent to repair the damage/ . I think the economy is getting stronger and the debt can be addressed. Between money collected from tariffs and economic growth i think the debt can be addressed.
