Yes. It's just that the idea doesn't work.

No, they are implementing only Socialism.

Communism was never implemented in any country in history, including USSR.

As an utopian society, Communism is: Classless, Stateless and Moneyless society.

All the socialist countries like USSR had money/currency, and members of the so called "communist parties" were all privileged, compared to common citizens.

Therefore, no country was ever really communist, they were just totalitarian dictatorships.

No they are not. Democratic Socialism is what the USA needs , we would be like the Scandinavian countries. Maybe they can show us how to run our country, we seem to be like a person who is a danger to himself.

Technically, no country has ever implemented any absolute political system. They are all a mix of various systems.
