Trump sent copies of private and personal letters to countries richly culturally based in both respect and privacy... through the "presidential" truth social, social media platform.. wtf...

My letter would sound something to the effect of.

An official professional address
An apology

An appeal that this country is not to be confused as being represented by this inadequate, fourth-grader, who is clearly suffering from mid-stage dementia. That you are fine with the trade deals before this criminal was illegally placed into office, that we are currently dealing with him and would be back in touch shortly after doing so. Take care. Most sincerely... the stable half of America.

Trump. You are a failure at literally everything.

The fact that those countries weren't willing to talk with Trump makes these letters look like a desperate attempt to get someone to make a deal with him. It's become very clear lately that the US has no friends and the world would rather go in a different direction. You only apologize to friends or people you want to be friends with. In this case, no apology needed from Trump.
