Should Trump violate Rosie O'Donnel's civil rights and strip her of her US citizenship?

Rosie O'Donnel applied for and got granted refugee status in Ireland after Trump's re-election and is currently living in Ireland has been highly critical of Trump on social media. HIS argument is, "while she was born in New York, she poses a danger to America, and should therefor be stripped of her citizenship and Ireland can keep her." And also that birthright citizenship should have never been implamented.

Should the Supreme Court make an exception here and allow Trump to violate her civil rights?

No, but it would be easy to flag her passport. Making it very difficult for her to come back. She’s not a rational person. So even if she waited for Drumpf to leave office, her reaction to being flagged would almost certainly result in a meltdown that would conclude with her detention by TSA or some other organization.

IIRC, you can lose US citizenship when you take on another country’s citizenship but that isn’t enforced. I don’t know if that’s what Trump is referring to orbit he’s just trolling.

I very much doubt O‘Donnell received political asylum in Ireland- she‘s wealthy enough to get a residence permit there and apparently has recent enough Irish ancestors to qualify for an Irish passport.

Is he claiming a birthright citizenship. My family has been here since 1640. and landed in Long Island. Still we migrated.

Is their a Document registering his citizenship, I mean most can establish a declaration of citizenship through the United States military. I know of a Brit that did that. None of my family came through Ellis Island. My dad's side fought to make this country exist. My mom's dad's fsther fought for this country in World War I and was awarded citizenship. The other side came down from Canada in the 30s.
