I am hoping that it is not the new Air Force One that was accepted as a gift TO the people of the United States, as the President of the United States is not allowed to accept gifts. Also, a new Air Force One was ordered 4 or 5 years earlier and was never built or delivered. The gift is cheaper to refurbish to what is needed than purchase a new one
