How is it possible to live an authentic life in a society that rewards performance over sincerity?

I live by a Christian saying that goes like "do not seek acceptance and validation from a world that once crucified a perfect man" if you want to look at it in a non religious point of view then you can see it that even if you were perfect, it still won't be enough because everyone in society has their own idea of perfection and in general, it will never be enough, we live in a world where we tax people for existing, value currency over life etc what rewards can this world possibly give that would sooth your soul, I think the best rewards you already have, this world is so twisted that the good choices won't always feel like the good choices and you'll be treated poorly for making good choices.
GREAT QUESTION!!!
It is not possible. Macbeth, Act V, Scene 5 put it best:
"Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player that struts and frets his hour upon the stage and then is heard no more.
It is a tale, told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."
Enjoy the staggering nonsensical absurdity of existence "and to thine own self be true"
In a world without emotion sincerity would be rewarded in a world dominated by emotions being sincere ends always unfortunate. As long as you're sincere to yourself I would consider this as "authentic life"
By excluding yourself from that performance-based society and creating a new one. In all honesty, it’s already been made, you just find it.

Either isn't mutual exclusive. It's why it's awe inspiring to achieve both.
Ironmouse is a cool example.
She had a compromised immune system and she got big during covid19 quarantine. She lost the ability to walk and even speak at one point.
She sings opera in a cartoon vtuber stream now and raising over $1,000,000 for the immune deficiency foundation. Same organization that help her most of her life. Being entertaining by preforming and unapologetically authentic people connect with it.

Showing off you can be both.
I suppose you have to be willing to forgo rewards.
Yes. Absolutely. But it will be quieter, and not widely recognized
Plenty of other people aren't superficial idiots. Find them and make a community
I don't understand
Ignore social media. Stay off it if possible.
Sure, just be yourself.
