I'm surprised to see Foucault here, flying, figuratively, all the way to India, but it's a globalized world, and it didn't start yesterday lol.

It's so interesting how India, which is absolutely not under a Christian rule, spawned the very same features disseminated in EU's history due to religious traditions. And I don't even talk about how US seems like twitching rapidly between extreme ideas, both celebrating religious porn, presented as is:

• Arousal with this archetypical concept: The virgin.
• Arousal with its "evil" counterpart: The slut.

Religious porn in both cases because both cases assume a fixed state of how a woman is desirable and desired. She's expected to perform a role: Virgin or slut, and there's always going to be men for her. But choosing a third, fourth of fifth way is risqué because then it won't fit this very scripted orgy. A scripted orgy of virgins and sluts fabricated by, probably, all major religions on earth?

Education creates knowledge, knowledge creates agency, agency reveals the role scripted by religion & traditions. A lot of women are interested in fitting a role fabricated for them though, exactly like men. It's a fool's game for 2 players and it can be consented. Or not.

But I won't criticize gamers tastes too much. I just enjoy the idea to crack the fool's game code, using knowledge, so that everyone, women and men can take a look and decide, from there, which game they're going to play. For some, it will even inspire them to create new games, new rules, new goals, new mods.

Creation is nice, I want new games too.

It's not under Christian rule but it's not that interesting because it was heavily affected by Islam which is another Abrahamic religion so it's not hard to see where it came from, plus us English did rule over India for some time.
So it's not much a surprise that those values run rampant.

Didn't know about Islam? Yeah it's a big part of it. That's why Pakistan exists. Islam try to take over India way before us, and no doubt had a way bigger affect than ours not to belittle ours tho.
But Islam goes way back to 712 AD, historically they've warped most of Asia spreading their view and invading land that was not theirs.

They've had a long history of fighting and Islam got close to conquering India but it mostly took control over the north. I would like to assume Hinduism and India beforehand was more progressive, as Hinduism it's self is a way more progressive belief system but it would be very hard to attain evidence for that.
But what can easily be said without a doubt Islamic traditions for sure spilled into their culture and had a massive impact among the region. And Islam still today wants to take India really, hence Pakistan again and all the terrorism. Meanwhile at least us backed off.

Also it was a massive mistake on our behalf for condoning the creation of Pakistan, if we were the good guys we should've made sure India gained full control and supported them but alas we didn't.

Nice, thanks, I had no idea, I vaguely heard of Pakistan using a veeery obscurantist version of Islam, like several other cases in middle east, but I didn't know it spilled over India as well

Damn great video, so mommy issues in India are vastly different to those over here. The idea of wanting them to be controlled is the opposite...
Mommy issues over here is us wanting a mommy to have the power over us but for her to be affectionate but domineering.

I've always known India was bad but this was very insightful, it really is a big shame that culture like that still exists. And it does somewhat exist over here but it's stark contrast with how culture has shifted a lot.
Though you'll still get some men who want women to be virgins, to be innocent.
(And I know you'll dislike me for saying this but a lot of those guys oppose OF for such reasons as it gives those women power and makes them non-innocence hence why I like OF though you dislike it.)
