They retrain for functions that offer secure employment. For men, it tends to be construction related. For women, medical technical. College is mostly a broken promise and straps you with debt. You ain't starting at the top even with an MBA.
that sounds stupid. "retrain" lmfao. you realize why med school is expensive? because they don't want being a doctor to be accessible. nobody with a good job wants to train their replacement
