Was this man justified in shooting his wife after finding out she cucked him into raising 3 kids that wasn't biological his own?

A woman marries a man and had 3 kids throughout the marriage. The man thought that the 3 kids were biological his own but later found out that they were sired by a relative. After finding this information out, the man goes to his wife's job and confronts her. She sees him coming and runs to a co-worker's car. Sadly for her, that didn't stop the man from shooting her multiple times with his gun. And when she tried to run, while bleeding out from multiple gun shots, he chased her down and pistol whipped her. Cops arrived at the scene in time and arrested the man and the woman went to the hospital, got treated, and survived.

Now given this woman cucked this man into investing resources in 3 children that were not biologically his own, do you think it was valid of him to shoot her?

My main concern is that if he had successfully killed her, he would have also been victimizing those kids. They do not deserve to pay for their mother’s treachery.
Aside from that, that man probably knew what too few people understand… he literally had no other recourse. Most states, including Tennessee, have dad by default laws. Which essentially means that woman committed NO crime for which he could seek recourse. It’s state sanctioned robbery, and it’s a clear violation of the US Constitution because there is no reciprocal protection for men deceiving and stealing from women in any way. Most states, including Tennessee, have criminalized men performing DNA tests on children without the knowledge and consent of the mother. So even if he lived in a state with some measure of recourse through the courts, he’s not legally permitted to prove that he’s not the father. I know of at least two states that actually allow women to collect child support from BOTH the biological father AND her husband or partner that she cheated on to get pregnant. There are very few cases of men getting justice when they learn their women cheated and deceived them into raising other men’s children. There are even fewer cases in which those treacherous women are punished for their crimes. Yes, adultery is still a crime in many states, including Tennessee. But it’s only ever used to punish unfaithful men. Divorce in general is designed to be punitive only to men. There are cases in which a woman kills her own kids, or attempts to kill her husband, and still manages to take everything from him in divorce.
So i see a story like the one in question here and i know what he knows. There was NO way he was going to get justice. There was NO way she was going to be punished by anyone… except him.
Let’s also not pretend that if this was a story about a woman murdering her unfaithful husband that she wouldn’t be getting praised and celebrated by half this country. That’s not even considering the theft by deception. Since there’s no way for a man to trick a woman into raising someone else’s kids, there’s no real comparison of these crimes. She is evil; plain and simple. And nobody gives a sh*t because feminism.

No, there is never a justification for nearly leaving the kids without their mother. Unless someone shoots in a legitimate self-defense case (if the attacker is coming after you with a weapon or trying to kill your family), what he did was attempted murder and he needs to pay for his crime.

The logic thing would've been filing for divorce, call her out on the paternity fraud, file a lawsuit against her, ruined her reputation by publishing the truth on FB, etc but trying to kill her isn't justified.

Was his fury understandable? Yes.
In his trial, if I was on his jury, I'd likely acquit any murder charges but convict on voluntary manslaughter and recommend a reduced sentence since what she did was tantamount to fraud.

I change my opinion. I would convict on a murder charge including murder in the first degree. By bringing a weapon with him to her place of work, that shows deliberate malice aforethought. That is sufficient for Murder 2.

No attorney could help him. Tennessee has dad by default laws and he can’t legally get a paternity test without the mother’s knowledge and consent.
He was going to be a slave to that woman or a slave to the state. State hadn’t f*cked him yet. I think he made the right choice given those truths. The state WILL f*ck him. So his only real way out is self deletion. Not everyone is equipped with that setting.

No, what she did was incredibly reprehensible and disturbing and yet there is no reasonable justification for violence against another person. What she did to him was not immediately threatening but instead had steadily drained his resources over a long period of time. He needed to go to court and try to get restitution to the extent that such a thing is possible against a woman.

In MN (Blue since forever), an illegitimate child born into a marriage is automatically the responsibility of the husband. And since MN is a no fault divorce state, he will be on the hook. Tennessee, has more logical approach. Being it's not a complete no fault divorce state. Meaning the wife in this case can possibly be held responsible.

@staximus As someone else mention, the state has a no fault divorce law which means that he would have lost and be hooked to her for spousal and child support. The family court in general tends to be highly in favor of women and often don't recognize women doing this as a severe crime.
